Alisa McDonald
First responders bring order to chaos—often at great personal cost. The Calm Within Chaos: Caring for First Responders in Times of Crisis and Recovery prepares participants to safeguard the mental health of first responders during and after disasters. Using real-world examples and proven strategies, this session focuses on resilience, burnout prevention, and ensuring no responder navigates the aftermath alone.
